How much of a "proper" pump do you want?
Any stacked tube blowback can do the super simple "pull up a bit on the cocking rod, attach a pump to the bolt" thing. The hammer will recock itself, but bolt will have to be pumped manually for each shot.
Though to most purists that's not a "real" pump. For a real pump you need to completely disable the blowback. I'll have to research the valve on this particular model. Let me do a bit of searching and I'll get back to you.

I'm fairly certain that uses Stryker Cybrid guts. Follow any spump guide and you should be fine.

Yeah, its just the PL Cybrid, most specifically the Dynasty Cybrid.

Here's the parts diagram for the Cybrid...

It will take some digging, but the valve is accessible, unlike other cheap BE/VL/Stryker guns like the Marauder or Eradicator where the valve is molded into the body.
You should be able to disable the blowback of the valve by replacing the valve pin. The current valve pin has flats on it to allow gas to pass back to the hammer. Using a valve pin that's fully round will block that gas. This one...

...should drop right in.

Actually I wouldn't use the part Fubarius suggested--they're out of the fully round ones and if you order one, they'll send you one just like the one you already have in the gun.

This part, the cup seal and valve stem from a Trilogy 'cocker, should be perfect.
The other option, if you don't want to wait for the Trilogy stem to become available, is to follow the other spump guides which use JB weld on the flat spots of the stem to round it out.

Huh, didn't know they were out of the round raptor pins. Of course it's been ages since I needed to find a new one. Other parts tend to wear out faster so after buying a number of parts kits I have as many valve pins as I'll ever need.
(no, not selling. Every time I sell a spare part I end up needing it the next day)
Though a Trilogy valve pin may not work either.
That's a trilogy valve on the left, BE/VL valve on the right. The trilogy uses a larger size valve pin. Or at least the trilogy sport does, the trilogy pro may use the smaller diameter.
Now the valve is the same size, so if you can get a valve to go with the pin you could drop that right in.

why would you want to pump a PL dynasty luxe?
lol, saw that in a sports authority store a few weeks ago. I laughed, but it's good to see the entry level stuff getting a revamp from time to time (even though i found this kindof ridiculous looking).
