Could you put an automag trigger frame on a Sheridan?

Well could you. Cause I would love to put a y grip on mine.

Yes. You have to mill it out to fit the round body of a sheridan and adapt the trigger parts in.

Or, get an adapter plate and work the trigger parts in.

It's common that people adapt Cocker frames to sheridans since they already have a compatible sear.

A mag frame is much similar to a sheridan frame. But you will have to install a sear.

Adapter plate? please explain that a little more

So I'd heard cocker frames can be swapped easily, but the connector screws (to gun body) didn't line up on my superstocker. (Using the trigger frame off my 03 cocker) So that confused me.

when you say superstocker you mean a PPS superstocker?

Palmer's guns aren't sheridans. They do upgrade sheridans but a superstocker is a from the ground up custom built gun.

The bottom tube on a pps superstocker is closer to being the bottom tube on a Sheridan K series gun. The ones that came in wooden stocks.

The valve is set farther forward and you'd have to get a custom plate to use even a standard sheridan frame.

On a standard sheridan frame there's a mount screw on the back of the frame and one INSIDE the trigger guard. Same is true for WGP products and AGD products. On PPS created brass guns there's one at the back of the frame and one IN FRONT OF the trigger guard.

Didn't realize a PPS superstocker is so different. Well does that mean I'm screwed, or could I get a z/y grip on there?

Sorry I forgot to mention it was a plamers in the beggining. I didn't know there was a difference in the trigger frame aspect of it.

Where would I get the adapter plate?

Check in the PPS forums. There have been various small airsmiths that have made adapter plates in the past. But those various small airsmiths come and go.

Check with Rainman229 on the MCB forums.

Theres a way to put anything on anything. Its just a matter of how difficult it will be and how much it will cost.
Good luck.
