6 day lifting routine?

im going to start lifting this summer along and i was wondering what a good routine would be (monday-chest/triceps, tuesday-abs, etc). anyone have a good routine?

uhhh common sense

chest/tris
legs
core
back/bis
shoulders
cardio.

try toing almost any back lift with out using your bis same goes with chest and tris the get worked as a secondary muscle so you might as well train them on the same day

at lest thats how i look at it

but bro like the triceps are 2/3 the arm (THEY JUST DISCOVERED THIS!) so if you want teh bigger arms you should do the kick backs to get really shredded. Cycle some SizeOn to enhance ur gains.
