the best thing to do is to book that hotel through their website - its the same rate they are supposed to honor for us. I do not understand how anyone else does / doesn't do their job - so why they continually have an issue finding this I cannot explain, I actually got an email as a follow up stating that it was all set - and that the cut off date was the problem with the last event. If you book now - you should be all set - if you wait - until a week before you may have an issue - and if like i said the online rate was different - I would keep fighting the fight however that doesn't guarantee anything given the prior events - and I booked online last time too - so call em today - see if they take care of it - and if not book it online
