Can rideing a bike be a legit way of cardio?And i dont mean grandma crusing,i mean intense riding on trails and peddeling as fast as i can in the straights.There is a trail that is 2.5 miles one way and im going to start biking it round trip,so 5 miles. Why wouldnt it be considered a legit way of cardio? Biking is pretty intense if you go at a good pace.
