Wow, what to say.
2 days of paintball, new here. What did you think of that?
First - thank you to the teams who have made this season possible. Everything we have discussed at great lengths over the off season, everything you guys worked so hard for - is unfolding now- and I have to say - your commitment to the league is a huge part of what you see. It is in fact the teams here who help make this what it is - and we are looking forward to many more events together!
To the refs. You ALL did a FANTASTIC job this weekend. In all of the years we've been at this - I don't think that I have ever seen such a cohesive unit of guys
as a whole like I did at this event. Yes, there are some fields who have guys who work well together - but what i saw went beyond that. Stern and flexible at appropriate times but always professional - all across the board. Thank you all: Synergy, Shipyard Ale, Boston Bloodline, Boston Menace - Jewa, Necco, Rob, Dan, Scott and Matt, Vinney, Dorval & Tom. I am sincerely looking forward to the season working with you all.
Staff: Brian, Chris, Kevin: Thank you - the guys who always manage to get it done (and that could mean any number of things - for real)
To Kenny's Crew - Revelation. I don't think you understand that I am STILL speechless about what I saw at the end of the day yesterday. You guys / gals do an UNBELIEVABLE job, through the day - at the end of it - always. THANK YOU.
To Shane / Cole & Phamous, Brendan Hurley for BlankPhotos, Kevin Conlon of Players Choice & Danielle (NEPL Staff!) - I am looking forward to reliving the event all over again through the wonderful work you do. Thank you for showing up and getting it all on film. Players should look for galleries to be posted asap on the NEPL site - which will direct you to them all.
Thank you to John Rathbun and Mike Lowrey from KEE - who came out and manned the Kee Booth - and Gerry from Planet Eclipse - it is nice to have such strong industry support - and it's a great pleasure to have you in attendance. Identity Paintball & Revelation with vendor booths as well - thank you for being there
I was worried about 2 day events - but I can see where we can take this - and I hope that you all had as much fun as it appeared you did - I seriously don't think i have ever seen so much sportsmanship at a paintball tournament as i did this weekend. WELL DONE. There are some improvements we can make - there's a running list - but Event 1's are the jump off point - and I am certain that they can only get better from here on out.
Watch the website over the next few days as we follow up from this weekend. Thank you all again... and you can reach me by email
TheNEPL@gmail.com regarding anything you need addressed.
See you all soon!!
