elbow popping
Whenever I do tricep extensions, my left elbow kinda pops. Its weird and hard to describe, but when I extend it the tendon or whatever that is on the inside of my elbow makes an odd popping noise. It is also pretty uncomfortable since it is kinda gross. Anyone know what is wrong, or how to fix it?

may want to pick up some joint therapeutics...that will help with the cartilage and help restore the fluid in there
you may want to get away from extensions for a while

The same thing has been happening to me for years. Nothing really comes of it, so I haven't gotten it checked or anything.
Happens to both my arms. Only time it gets sore is if I kinda slam my arm straight. Like if I'm shooting a basketball from really far or something.

anything to avoid that position of the elbow...use pushdowns methods instead like rope
avoid the kickbacks, extensions, skull crushers

It used to happen to me when I would bench, but after a workout or two of just powering through it it stopped, definitely annoying tho.

My buddy that goes to the gym with me often now has elbows and knees that pop all the ****in time. I always cringe it sounds nasty, but he says it doesn't hurt. I think once you strengthen your triceps and forearms the popping should go away.

its not really a popping sound per-say but of I can feel the nerve in my elbow move when I workout. Its the nerve thats in your elbow and when you accidentally hit it on an edge makes it hurt like a *****.

that would be a tendon or ligament. nerves are tiny and don't move
