I know that Yellow is a restricted color for the 5-man/7-man series.

but is this marker good? possibly getting it in a trade and dont want to get it if i cant use it.

but the yellow issue is best covered by the PSP - and Guns are as always, the exception in the NEPL / NEXL: YELLOW RULE
