110% true and agreed!

same story as .50, the money is with the new players who don't know any better, and the turnover rate is so high that it doesn't make sense to try to cater to the experienced players. that's business for ya.

Kyle,

The screenshot below is the religious advertisement I made reference to.

The advertisement image originates from the following URL:

http://1.download.advertise.myspace....d5e5_final.jpg

The advertisement links to the following URL:

http://delb.opt.fimserve.com/lnk/?k=...-hidden-bible/

Please let me know if there is anymore information that would be useful to controlling such ads.

Hm, we've shut off that ad once before, I don't know how it is sneaking through again. I'll pass the info along and see if we can nail it again.

Kyle,

Any suggestions on how to obtain information from flash based advertisements to assist with having nuisance ads removed?

Unfortunately, I'm having issues with talking ads again. This time around it has been the square advertisement as opposed to the rectangular advertisement across the top of the browser.

Kyle,

The screenshot below is yet another one of the flash based religious ads I have been bombarded with.

Darn it, we turned off one of the adnetworks tonight to see if we could nail that ad, but apparently it's on another network. I'm working on tracking it down.

What AV are you using again? The warning I recall you posting seemed like it was your AV being overprotective, and not indicative of any actual virus activity.

It looks to me that your AntiVir goes off every time an ad gets loaded via an HTML iFrame. What the ads there are doing is perfectly harmless but your AntiVirus stuff is overreacting. If this were more wide spread other than whatever antivirus software that is, we'd probably be hearing about it, so I'd assume it's safe for you to ignore (or consider switching your AV software to something like the free Microsoft Security Essentials) which doesn't throw a false positive like this.

Meh, don't like the new lay-out at all.

And I agree with most people here - why have a comment section when you won't listen? Might as well just have the announcement and turn off the comments.

It's a designated place for people to pointlessly ***** in.

Sort like why we have Small Talk - If we didn't, the idiocy would infect other subforums. This way, it's localized.

The quick bump is part of the BST Trust program. You're no longer a BST Trust subscriber, which is why they disappeared for you.
