I played around with it, and the frame fits almost perfectly except there is small gap between the frame and the body (as I remember REX frame is a little more rounded on top), On mine it was egough gap for striker not to catch the shim completely, it would cock but it would shatter when fired. With little milling or maybe stronger shim spring, I think it would work.

They fit, but you will have to use spyder valve spring with spyder front block

Not positive but I think they are the same as spyder feed necks with little tabs (not the ones with screw-holes)
As for spring kit they are all the same. I had three different ones and I can't tell the difference.
