Lexan Grips Project

I figured i give my try at some lexan grips for the KP. This is just a progress pic. It will be crystal clear when finished, it just has a protective layer to keep scatches off. I also need to round or bevel the edges.
I wish i had a CNC mill.......

I did the same with mine a few weeks back.. but yours is so much cleaner, nice job man. All i had was a dremel, and cutting through the lexan just for shape was a bit tough.

it still looks cool. i like the emptiness.

i had a bandsaw, die grinder, dremel, and i even hooked up the router table with a small drum sander....

I had a guy ask me today at my field where the computer chip was if it wasnt in the handle

actually, while i was building it i thought of sealing the top of the handle off and putting bent screws and metal shavings in the handle......
