more help

ok i was lubing my nerve and my wrench was a little to big a dug into the valve housing where an o-ring sits, will i have to get another one or will it be fine,

Well..depends on how bad it is. That could definitely be a problem. How bad is the damage? You can try a different oring or some dow55 (using a buna oring) to keep it sealed. Goo thing is its not a dynamic oring..so if you get to to stayed sealed, you are good and it should continue to work. take some pictures of the damage.

i really dont want to, i dread having to take it back apart, if i get bored i will later, its not to bad or at least i dont think it is

what size o-ring should i try if it leaks, maybe a 15/80 or 15/90

probably need to go with a metric. like a 1.5mmx18mm? or you could try a 16/70. I'd try dow55 first. Have you aired it up to see if you have a leak? Ydna might have better advice though.
