Have you tried just buying regular old whey instead of allowing gatorade to **** your butt with rusty pipe?
This doesn't need its own thread btw, it is just a supplement not like AAS or anything.

I tried the recover. Good taste, ton of sodium and gave me mud butt 20 minutes later. No thanks.

ive tried the lime flavored one and thought it tasted pretty nasty but since it contains milk i guess that explains the mudd butt

The 03 one has the consistency of milk. It's almost syrupy. It doesn't taste bad.

NO, gatorade has alot of sodium....which your body dosent need alot of. after a work out or during the first thing you need is water, then carbs then protien.
