Start out with a good pyramid routine of OH Press using this rep scheme:
Warmup set
9
7.5
5.32
3
2
1
4
8
15
It will get you you pretty good results, but then after that you will want to hit your delts from every angle so you should hit the following exercises aswell:
Front raises
Lateral raises
Rear delt flyes
Arnold press
Pulls to face
Upright rows

I, personally do: DB shoulder press, cable side delts, db front raises, reverse flies, and then usually one more kind of isolation depending on what I feel I should hit the hardest.

For upright rows, depending on how you grip the bar either the traps or the lateral section of the deltoid will be hit more, but it will hit both pretty hard regardless.
Face pulls are very much a rear-delt exercise.
At any rate I am clearly trolling...

lots of bodybuilders told me not to hit front delts so much and to work on side raises and rear delts because thats where you get your size. and that front delts get plenty of work with bench press.. ive been doing this for probably 6 months and my shoulders are huge and get compliments all the time so im going to stick to it haha.

Yea, front delts get tons of work in any kind of press as it is. I've been doing hang cleans, wide grip upright rows which get your mid delts to "pop" more, military press, single arm DB presses, laterals, plate raises (25X10, 35X10, 45X10 repeat in reverse order, then the original order on the 3rd set), and I've been doing military press from a dead stop at the bottom. I use the safteys on the power rack and set it at high chest level, and press it up and drop it on the safteys at the end of each rep. Helps with power and exploding up with the weight.

i'm gonna take your advice on this one. I always focus on my front delts/press movements.
Off topic: I was going to see if your attending junior nationals but saw on your fb that your not in town. You out of chicago for good?
