well. as psp rules state you cant have over 5-10% yellow on jerseys. and i know that for NEPL its orange you cant have. so i was just wondering out loud so maybe someone who works with NEPL could just drop a line.

NEPL is not orange. From their site:

1) Yellow as a restricted color does NOT apply to guns
