BKO Detents... What are they?

Hey guys I have a super clean upped BKO that my friend gave me when he quit paintball lying around, and I love the gun, but with a force feed hopper the gun simply refuses to shoot less than 3 balls at a time, LOL. For a few shots it turns this puppy into a shotgun, but after that, a flamethrower. Not really, but anyway. One of the eye covers has what looks like a detent area drilled like my etek and my old wrath, but the frame is so darn thick that I can't get a normal detent to stick in the chamber far enough to keep a ball held in. Can anyone give me some advice please? Thanks a ton!

2k4's had an oring detent. The oring just goes in that spot, not sure what size its supposed to be but any oring that fits the slot would work. Also if you use a force fed hopper the oring is usually too weak to hold back the stck and you will get double feeds, to stop this usually people cut a slim piece of macro line and put it inside the oring and it helped to stiffen the oring and stop the double feed issue.

Definitely don't have any o-rings that fit well.. hell, I don't like the idea anyway. I'm kind of getting a wild hair up my *** about this gun... and I love customizing, so I may drill the detent area out a bit and put a detent similar to my old G3 or my g/f's SLG, the springs with the rubber nubs on the end. If I do it i'll make a thread to show it if anyone still gives a damn about these cool little guns, LOL.

You can use a Urathane Duro 70 or Duro 90 orings size 010 in there. You may also find (3/8"?) rubber washers at your local hardware store that will work.

Replacement Ball Detents for Oring style BKOs: Go to ACE hardware and got to the fastener section. Go to bin #302. It should contain neoprene washers. The part # you are looking for is 3810-A. They are 5/32" I.D., 3/8" O.D.

Much stiffer than stock - I think they were under a dollar for two!
