Paintball Storage

Hey, I was just wondering what some of you do to store your paintballs to preserve them longer. Thanks.

Keep them in the bag. If you already opened it keep them in a ziplock or just close up the bag as best you can. Put them in a closet or really anywhere that doesnt have major temperature changes. To make them last as long as possible they shouldnt ever be in abnormally hot or cold environments and definitely not in the sun.

Thats about all you can do, after that it just depends how long you wait. I have used year old paint by storing it like that, it isnt perfect but you can shoot it. I still wouldnt recommend trying to store it for more than a few months and use it thinking it will be good as new.

I bought a few cases of WPN Weapons Grade the other day, and it said keep them in an area with no more than 50% humidity. Do you guys think ideally you would want an area with 0% humidity?

i dont know about ideally, but humidity does effect the ingredients in paintballs, which will in turn morph and change the shape slightly. It should be a decently dry place but i wouldnt worry about getting 0% humidity.

Where i live its usually very dry so i dont have to deal with that.
