Yeah thats a 6 point mesh with "arrowhead" elastic bands to increase shot speed. Not sure if it works. Thats head is not NCAA legal but has enough drop, I believe the base is too narrow for anything organized, not sure what the deal is. It was given to me as a sample. One of my D3 buddies used it in practice but thats all. I just use it for wallball.

i believe mesh isnt legal for girls, even if the pocket is legal depth.

The top womens head has no mesh. the yellow head in question I believe is a mens head, just oldschool, not NCAA legal.

I need to purchase some gloves, what does everyone here use? King IIIs are the best seller at my online store but I don't like the way they look. Hoping to find some customized duke gloves.

King II's are sick. hands down favorite glove.

Take a look at Maverik's gloves, if you have a bigger hand those are pretty good, i really liked how broken in they feel when brand new, however i thought the palms were thick and i couldnt feel my stick as well as i could with say an stx glove.

those banana shorts are sick btw. And to whoever said they didn't like the superpower (college version of proton power), have you ever played with one?

you have to look at it in perspective, if you play at the college level, in my opinion, the superpower's the best attack head you can grab. or a gospel.

in perspective, if you play at any level, every head is liked completely on preference.

Like i said the original super power was amazing, so maybe from going to that to a heavier, wider, more forward kant'd version of one that also strung differently and sat the ball differently; i was disappointed and unable to adjust.

The gospel sucked as well, i cant beleive anyone liked that head. This kid at my community college got one and was like "no dude, trust me this thing is butter" and he brought it to a practice, everyone hated on it, and i hated the **** out of it, and yeah, we ruled that head out of ever being cool.

In terms of college legal heads, i hate saying warrior is making the most comfortable new heads (their new evos still suck, blades are meh, razor is also subpar). Brine college heads feel most like their original versions which is why i like the clutchX so much, also brine heads in general sit the ball well and the offset makes everything feel closer to your top hand. its dope

I have maverick dynasty and I love he gloves they're plain looking but it feels like playing with pillows on your hand and the new palm is so cream in any weather

Oh wow hahah I did not know that. That's pretty cool though. I'm not originally from the east coast (from Chicago), and didn't realize how big of a sport/lifestyle lacrosse was until I started playing recently
