wow man thats sat for along time good luck with it.
first i would take and see if the motor pulls over and the carbs not toasted from sitting.

then yull probly need to check all the diffs and shocks

if thats good check the drive trane for any binds

then pick up a radi and sneck all the electronics.

now the hard part and costly parts
from ehat i can cee you will need:
new fuel line
air filter
raido
maby tires/rims
shock oil
seals for shocks and diffs
fuel
glow plugs
glow starter
batteries for receverand raido

but your best bet is to take it to your lhs and have them help you they will know how to fix every thing and some even do fix them for you

i agree with almost all above..

i think the tires and wheels should be fine though... def check the carb and fuel lines.. how was it stored? if it was stored without fuel you might be able to do without the new lines

before you try to start it, make sure and set all the needles on the carb to the break in setting that AE gives in the manual. Then follow what it says in the manual to get to optimum settings. Be VERY careful with that engine, the connecting rods are weak on them and are prone to snapping, I actually snapped the crank on mine. Replaced with a .18 OS Max (STUPID FAST) Other than that the tires look good. Again check all the difs, and shocks for leaks and see if there is any oil in the shocks. Oh and check your clutch in the 2 speed setup. again replace the fuel line its always a good idea and cheap insurance, new glow plug, new receiver batteries. Pretty much what they^^^^^^^^^^ said.

like he said if the motor is not set right it will blow up and if its does the bigest you will ever need in a 1/10th is a .12 i have the os .18max in my 1/10th truck and its wayyyyyyyyyyy overkill its to powerfull for somthing that small you will never get it to top speed befor you eather become airborn or have to slam on the breaks to not hit anything
