If I'm using HPA on a BT-4, is the regulator on the tank sufficent or should I have another one on the marker itself?

Just make sure you get a GOOD tank. Bts DEMAND 800 psi. So if you get a low end tank that only puts out 800 psi, as it recharges, it will sometimes fall below 800, ive seen tanks fall as low as 650 when recharging. Get a tank that has an output of 850, so that when it recharges it stays as close to 800 as possible.

Most people make that mistake when changing over to compressed air when owning a BT. Go with Crossfire or Ninja to be safe, or CP if you really have the money(Crossfire is the best bet, cheapest and probably the best flow anyhow!)

I disagree BTs dont DEMAND 800 psi, tho they do LIKE it better. I use Myth regs and they out put 650 psi. I havent had a prob with the combat i used with it. You dont need to double reg your BT Capt, tho you should take off any expansion chambers you might have on there. They can cause recocking issues with hpa.
