hey guys so lik $ years ago i had lymes disease, long story short its F***ed my knees up pretty bad. i was seeing if any one has any help for stronger knees. my knees hurt so bad to stand back up from a low squat and being tall doesnt help at all

Good ankle supporting shoes, try to crouch less and ask a doctor for some exercises to do.
My knees havent been the same since I knee slid into a rock playing paintball a few years ago. Now I have osgood schlatter disease(not sure how to explain it but it ****s with my knees). It never seems to bother me much in the field because of adrenaline but after they can get a bit achey.
I actually have the similar problem... I've got bad knees from skating and biking in highschool and kneeling all day on the hard ground ****s my knees up... Is there a type of lightweight breathable knee pads that I can slide in without them twisting

I have problems with my knees after a few years of football. It doesnt really bother untill after a long day of physical exercise. Paintball, football, skiing, etc. I dont really know what to say, ankle supporting shoes, dont crouch as much, do more moving than squating, diving, stuff like that can help you.
