it was the craziest thing lol... i was having the same problem and it was the pilot valve on the noid. and what was actually causing it for me was the ball is dimpled with a circle my guess is that i might have left it aired up over night once or twice and the ball was pressed against the seal and ended up dimpled by the seal.

Is it at all possible to replace that ball in the pilot valve???

If you contact your neareast Eclipse service centre, or contact Gerry at Planet's Rhode Island office, you should be able to get hold of a spare Solenoid back check ball.

I've seen this before and I'm guessing you guys put 014 o-rings in places where there should actually be 14x2 o-rings... I did post an appeal in one of the sticky threads about this to PE's engineers yesterday but someone deleted it.

Not deleted - moved to the Geo2 thread. Asking for features to be added to the Geo2, and posting it in the Geo FAQ thread, didn't really seem to be the right thing to do.
