There's another maintenance video somewhere on youtube where the user was lubing that part, or a little on the spring or something, and getting flamed for it in his comments section. Would a good lubing of the front engine corresponding part be enough to catch both sections (front engine/blast guide), or do you personally always put a little coat on the metal itself?
Also, is this good practice for any SC'd Engine, or only the Victory?
