Stuck Valve Jam Nut

How would I remove a stuck valve jam nut? Valve tool does nothing. It is a stock system X valve if that helps anyone.

will it just not unthread or is it stuck in the body. you might need some penetrating oil.

I've used the oil. I guess I'll let it sit longer. And I don't think it is unthreading. the valve will rotate a little bit but that is with extreme force which cannot be good for the body.

that's probably the jam nut turning. i'd let the oil sink in for a while, hopefully it can break down a little more of whatever kind of crap is holding the jam nut in place.

if the valve is rotating that means the jam nut is rotating. keep working it back and forth.
