MQ2 Pilot Leak

I posted this on customcockers as well, but I'm sure some don't frequent that forum.

My pilot is leaking. If I run enough pressure to shoot anything over ~240 fps, my pilot leaks. I don't have a gauge on the marker, but I'll get a psi value where it first starts to leak by swapping to reg over to a gauged marker later tonight once I get home. I've confirmed the leak location by gassing the gun and manually pressing on the pilot shaft to seal it, and the leak does stop. So it appears to be a matter of spring tension not being high enough to get a good seal. Am I correct in assuming that the white spacer is for running higher pressure and facilitates this by adding spring tension on the pilot seal? I tried adding another washer on top of the spacer and I'm still leaking.

Has anyone experienced this or know what the culprit may be? I've already attempted lubing as well. Thanks.
