i know that but im looking for a flatline barrel for my x7 and that increases the distance. once i do that its range is going to be crazy. and plus its mostly about the velocity.

To the original poster... the flatline barrel does in fact increase the distance of your shots, but it does NOT keep the velocity constant during its flight. Those "longer" shots that you will be making will also be traveling much slower, and will be less prone to breaking. Your best bet is to find a more accurate barrel system and just use your sneaking/patience to get within 25 yards and go from there. I have used a flatline from every tippmann imaginable, and, while neat within normal ranges due to the flatter trajectory, don't do you too much good past the normal range of a paintball. If you like them and it makes you happy, however, go for it, just wanted to make sure you knew the whole story.

I built my own using this kit
Custom - Next Generation Paintball Camouflage Kit
Its sythetic thread so it won't rot, fall apart, and most importantly it doesn't turn in to a human torch

This is what my suit looks like.

I think the everyone else has pretty much explained about paintball snipers.

i can say that me and buddies of mine got a nice ghuilli and I found i hated most of it, after attacking it with scissors and making just enough mod to access all if my gear for running with pistols I was good and could hid ok like in the woods and greenish grass lands. Plus I could add on some white strips of cloth for winter time when snow acctually shows up.

Perfect . . . no. But I had plenty of people walk by without noticing me to get small advantages and blend in the shadows good.

Pics listed above my suite would never work . . . it was tooo green.

Ghuillies are something that you have to possible make 3 of them to use in varrious settings/terrian types. Factoring background colors impacted by season.

there are some rather simple radio headsets/ear pieces that will allow themselves to be used under a mask. I recommend the highest quality radio you can come across - an MRS set, if you can find some good earpieces with them, or better yet, some UHF/VHF radios.
