Question virtue dm7 board battery connector broken. warranty?

i have a kinda old ultralite board with the metal prongs that touch the tips of the battery. (not the new ones were it is a wire with a connector on the end)
one of the metal prongs broke from repeatedly putting in and removing the battery throughout its lifespan. does the warranty cover this? and would they just send me a new one or try to solder it back on?

thanks

Most likely would be covered under warranty - the Virtue warranty is pretty comprehensive.

Best bet to find out exactly what the situation is will be to contact them direct.

i sent my old UL virtue board in for reflash lash fall. the board they sent me back was def not the one i sent in. they have great customer service, and i would assume all you will have to pay for is shipping. just remember when calling that they are on eastern standard time
