Lets all watch a religious or philosophical themed TV show or movie and then discuss it. What we liked, what we didn't like. If we were offended or not.

I'll pick the first one. It's available free on-line so it won't cost anyone anything. Lets give everyone a day or so to get around to watching it and then we'll discuss.

I love it because it is hysterical. Basically, near-suicidal wealthy businessman finds god, is saved, and dons a high-tech suit of armor and a lightsaber to fight crime in a TV show whose budget makes Power Rangers look like Avatar. The attempts of christians to brainwash their kids into believing have never been so entertaining.

waking life is a good one, kind of an intro to existentialism but pretty pop-philosophy.
