After receiving KL05 from Lee it had definitely seen a lot of battle on the field. And, from what I understand, you didn't want to find yourself on the business end of it in the hands of Lee. But, being the way I am wired, I had to take it apart and clean and restore it to my likings. All steel parts were reblued, bolts replaced with stainless ones, nickel was polished and I refinished the stock. The stock really has some wild grain patterns to it giving it a very unique look. This was all done over the coarse of a weekend. I think it really turned out nice. By the way, the coffin is very symbolic of the fact that this one is going with me to the grave. Glad to be a lifetime member of this exclusive club! Now for a KBA...

Sorry, extremely hard to come by. KL30 was just finished...so, only 30 in existence from the guy that makes them. This is over the course of about five years. Believe me, I looked at other peoples pictures of these beauties for years before jumping on this one. The guy that sold it only did so because health issues would no longer allow him to play.
