nope. I am actually working the night before and the night after, so I am showing up, playing, and then leaving when I get done so I can get some sleep. I may do a few "around the field" photos for 5-10 min before the action begins, but nothing on the field.
When outdoor season starts I'll be attached to the camera more I think. The indoor is just killer with the artificial lights and the small area. |

I can probably get a media pass through Vicious/DSS if I wanted it. Discussions have actually been had. Right now though I think I need to get better before I venture on my own. I will have to see how the outdoor season starts before I think about it. I'm a perfectionist to a fault.
Another idea I had was just to do photos of scenes from around the event and not as much of what happens between the nets. |

I gotcha. The guys who shoot for obey do some great work. 
The camera armor's protect nice, they feel a bit weird though. I'd rather shoot without it on but by some chance your camera get's shot it won't be THAT bad.
Do you know if you're allowed to play at an event and shoot it too? If so i'm shooting chicago.
