First we would need to know your state and town. But before you post personal information (which I wouldn't). Call your local sheriff's office or police station. They would be familiar with what websites to go to and, if you get the right officer, may even know what statutes to look under. i.e. If paintball markers are included as firearms or airguns in your location. It's very rare to find statutes specific for paintball. They're usually lumped together with BB guns, crossbows, and etcetera.
