Replacement Impulse Solenoid

"If velocity will only reach 250fps at a high pressure (about 220psi), the middle section of the SH4000 solenoid is clogged with dirt and will need to be replaced."

I cant shoot faster than 240fps on my old impulse turbo, so I'm thinking I need a new solenoid.
After some researching I found out that the sh4000 solenoid in my impulse is the same as a K4H01 solenoid.

Can I buy a new part from this website to fix it? http://www.zdspb.com/store/solenoidparts.html

or can I replace it with this one http://www.airsoldier.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=AOS&Product_Co de=HUM-CRCB-0051W&Category_Code=SOLENOIDS
since this one is out of stock -------http://www.airsoldier.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=AOS&Product_Co de=SKIN-K4H01&Category_Code=SOLENOIDS

Before you go buying parts:

Fresh new quality battery.
Clean and regrease the entire marker where applicable. regs, ram assembly, valve, lpr, etc...

sonic is right, a simple clean/lube job might be what you need. Don't forget to check the solenoid itself as well. Also, you would probably be better off using the parts thread here in the forum. It is usually cheaper that a store. I got a sweet new solenoid and screws off this weird forum captain here.......

The white button is to fire your impulse without the need of a microswitch I believe.

Yeah, it is a manual actuation switch. Most noids have them now.

I recommend what Captain Sonic said, clean and re-lube. Be really careful, even a tiny little hair in there could screw up the o-rings after shooting it a bunch.

If that still doesn't work, you can try turn the little flat head pin thing on the back of the solenoid. Basically just keep shooting and turning it until you get the highest fps.
