when im dumping in a pod and it gets hit am i out? it is part of my gear but i could just throw it down real fast. so what happens.

u are out.. If you toss it after the hit that is the same as wiping..

Also if the pod is on the ground and you pick it up with a hit you are out. I would think this is to discourage players from stuffing holes between bunkers, (A elimination in the NPPL by the way) and the fact like it was said, kinda the same as wiping.

elaborate? I don't see a difference in getting shot in the pod whether it is in your pack or in your hand. Throwing it away after a hit isn't much difference then trying to conceal a hit which would be considered a gross.
