nah man. they wanted half their faces dark. which is famous in most band promos.

You're trying to swing your dick a little too large around here. Your picture sucks, get over it.

My brother is in focus, and that's all that matters in that photo.

A tighter crop or at least on that made sense for promo shots would be much better. Usually you will see photogs shooting and leaving space above and below that can be used for adding words and **** on hotcards and cd covers or what ever. Your camera angel is also strange. Shoot down on your subjects a little more...... and thats it im done with this critque I just figured I would say something that made sense and wasnt just people talking out their ***.

Famous in most band promos...lulz.

It's not that their faces are half dark it's that the lighting is horribly uneven and falls off like crazy. Each band member is casting a shadow on the other making them half a person. Even if you went HIGH left of camera you would still get the shadows and whole parts of their body wouldn't be in the shadow.

You just have a light and an idea and just cross lit them. BIG WHOOOP. That doesn't make a famous photo. The lighting sucks and is harsh on the left side of the photo and harder on the right side of the photo (falloff).
