USPS does not offer ground, UPS on the other hand does though.
USPS has parcel, priority, and express.
UPS has ground, 3day select, 2nd day and next day air.
There is a difference saying something is going ground and something is coming priority(granted its roughly the same time frame, its still the concept of the matter)
