Seeking help with unlocking a Samsung Impression+ offering a reward for your time!
Here is my dilemma a friend of mine has a 3gs 16 gb Iphone which he cracked the screen on. He is sick of that phone and too tired to switch the lcd screen. So knowing that I offered to trade and he accepted However I need to unlock my samsung impression. I could not find a way around finding the subcity code and really cant afford to pay for it.

You're sol, at&t will only do it if you pay for it and usually for a phone first device not enough of an online community exists for there to be a dev resource for it.
