my friend and i were in a tourney got shot while he was diving for a slide and the paint got rubbed off in the slide. he was about to stand up to get out of the game but the ref already pulled him and 3 others. this is bullcrap right?

Refs can do what ever they feel right at the moment...Yes its bad but just shake it off...
