Horrible ongoing experience with Kohn Sports

I've heard bad stuff about them before this as well. I will never send my gun to someone who then sends it out to someone else. Dealing with middle men in the anodizing game really sucks and is just pointless. The only company that really seems to be on their game lately and taking work is Anodizeworld. I've been hearing too many horror stories of anodizers having to redo an anno multiple times and throwing off the tolerances, then not telling/ hiding it from the customer.

I had mine done by Alumin-Art in Ontario, CA. They were great guys, had good communication, and were done a couple days early. Jerry is the guy I dealt with and am very pleased with the results. I guess one of the guys used to play and they have done lots of markers...

Missing Geo?
I have had a Planet eclipse Geo at Kohn Sports for about a month, that was suppose to be in a shipment last night and guess what? Its not there. Im tired of dealing with them and failed promise. Im in the process of filing a police report to get my marker back, Use them at your own risk!

Yeah, thats what I was referring to. Getting cops involved at this early of a stage is a bit borderline. Give the company a chance to work things out before you brand them as thieves and miscreants.

Any word on the status of Kohn? Their toll free number is down for the second day and no response to the e-mail yesterday requesting an update on my order.

They are in the process of moving to a new facility and they are waiting for phone installation. I'm thinking it will be a couple of more days. Send them another email just in case. Hope this helps out.

Thx. No response from Kohn to either of my e-mails and the phone service doesn't work. So much for their assurance that my headbands would be here today for my event this weekend.
