I need someone to help me set up a workout I have been going 6 times a week. I'm trying to get really cut, right now I am just doing super sets of everything with no "real" workout plan.
I'm 5' 10" 175
Help me out please.

If you're looking to get really cut, your diet is more of a concern then your work out routine. but for your routine, do lots of cardio. intense cardio at least 5 days a week and make sure you're hitting the gym on the other 2 at LEAST.
you could do intense cardio 4 days a week and hit the gym on the other 3. monday wednesday friday would work.
hit deads, squats, and bench and make your other lifts surrounding those big 3

squats, bench press and deadlifts.
Learn the form...watch lots of videos on it and read a little about the form and you will get it.

only way to get better at cardio is to do it. I suggest running. I always feel great after a nice long run.
as far as abs go, like pelt said, squats deadlifts, and bench is enough but if you want to do more, try some tricep pull downs or if you're really concerned, just do some plank work. I only dedicate at most 5 minutes a week to straight ab work and I just do 3 sets of planks and that's it. usually when I'm really bored and have nothing else to do but go on here. ab work doesn't give results, the 3 big lifts along with cardio will get you your abs.

pelto I know the form pretty well. I will still look. I lifted all last year. Also I am trying to get my eating habits better and boost my metabolism sence it succks. Any help on that?
