Leaking ion, noid questions...

Okay so I bought this ion broken a while back, and I haven't ever been able to figure out how to fix it. It is perfectly fine when the body is slightly seperated from the frame so no pressure is on the noid area. But when its aired up and you twist the body either way or apply pressure to the top (including tightening the frame screws down) it leaks. I'm guessing the noid is either done for or it would be the o-ring on the inside of the noid? Does anyone know what size o-ring that is or what else I could do to see what the problem is? Its not the hoses or banjos, I've already replaced them all multiple times just to check.

try twisting the body when the two are seperated to see if you can pinpoint the leak. doesnt sound like a noid leak sounds like your pinching the hose somewhere when your tightening the frame screws.

No, I said even when I pull them apart and sort of roll the body while keeping the board and noid stationary, it leak right out of the noid area. The hose isn't being pinched, I am sure of that.

Usually if it leaks when the body is installed onto the frame it means the hose to the rear banjo is a smidge too long.

Try trimming about a millimeter off it and see if it helps.

That's only one instance it leaks, let me clear this up, it leaks not only when it is in the frame, but also when any pressure is applied to it when it is partly seperated from the frame, but still attached to the air supply.
