Put a little lube on the top oring tighten it down and you should be good to go. Why are you spinning the top of the reg while it is aired up anyways? Dont forget there is 130psi built up behind the reg with 800psi coming through your macro line.

I put a little lube on the top O ring and it still happens. Im not purposely trying to spin it but if it gets nudged just a little air squeeks out

also in figure 10.5 on cleaning the inline reg it sais to a use a light oil to re lube the seal. does that mean say away from using the eclipse grease.

Just curious, whats your serial #?

Edit:

I ask this because I had this same issue on my Geo. I could crank the reg down, air it up and easily back the reg off with one hand. I had this happen during play as I would suddlenly experience my Geo degassing where the reg screws into the body. First thing that fixed it was the ST kit. The reduced vibrations seems to have pretty much cured the reg backing off from vibrations, second was a fatter oring that made it tighter when it screwed in.

ST will completely solve it from backing off as well if you don't already have it.
