So I've had an Adrenaline impulse sitting around for the longest time and figured what the hell the guns not super rare or expensive any more so I'll risk hitting it with a dremel...................

Just the start to this project, but more to come.

I wanted the top tube cut to look kinda like a lasoya intimidator as that was my favorite top tube cut on a stacked tube marker.(top tube also resembles the SIC impulse) I plan on having a 3/4 in endmill boring out the back so it has fins like the origional adrenaline impulse, I just don't have a mill right now so i will have to pay someone locally to do it. Also if you cut the top tube any shorter you will have one hell of a time keeping the bolt from hanging out past the body when the gun is fully cocked back as I wanted to bolt to line up flush with the cut.

You need to resize your pictures because they're massive.

I think it looks pretty good. If I was to do any cutting on mine, I'd make the top tube shorter while keeping the same 'look'. By that, I mean I'd mill the space between the spirals to basically make it look the same as the back normally would, just shorter.

Every time I think I'm going to do any cutting to my lifesaver, I just can't bring my self to do it, even with one of the 'fins' broken off the back of mine.

a little sad but very cool. always wanted to do this but like jasper said i could never bring myself to do it. i agree would be cool to cut out between the spirals like the end originally was but do it all or most of the way.

props for something cool. im sure everyone who has held one has thought about how awesome it would be to do that.

that is a crazy ram cap? what did you do there? and it doesnt look like the trigger off of an aim frame? almost looks plastic

I made the trigger from plexiglass when I first got the gun because the stock one was to heavy for my taste. The ram cartridge was cut down to the bare minimum and the back cap was drilled out and cut down to lay flush. The ram is one of the many mods that I am adding to the gun soon.
