From what I was told was that APPA will bump the top 80% from D5 to D4 and will be based on the players number of events played. From D4 to Open it is suppose to be the top 20% (which equates to Divinity and FFDP IMO). With the new APPA changes this year, it might be a bit confusing with some of the changes and I don't know how they will apply. Should be attending Extravaganza and will hopefully get a chance to sit down with Chris from APPA and discuss.
