I love when people complain about extra 2 oz on their gun, please go work out, makes all guns extremely light.
But all jokes aside they do work pretty well, but looks/weight it's a personal preference so the decision is up to you.

I guess my question now is, if I buy this evil package, would it require any modification at all to the frame, etc?
I guess I really shouldn't complain because of the price. now i can hopefully afford that HPR for the NME

after some consideration, I think I will pass up on the evil package.
i am just going to get a timmy block and fit it in with some modification.
as far as the LPR, which one is better: the scm-III or the bob long LPR?

Yeo SCM-III is leaps and bounds the best LPR available. The Evil one is fine, but the SCM-III blows it away. AKA makes the best regs money can buy. I love my SCM-III and 2-Liter plus regs.

They are well worth the money though! You might look around the BST and find one used.

I just knocked the dust off of my NME yesterday, after some lube and a few tweaks here and there it was shooting good enough to keep the munchkins at bay..although my velocity was all over the place...278, 264, 268, 259 so on and so on....thinking i probably have an issue with my reg and lpr....so reading this thread and always looking to tweak anything i own, it looks like i may go the route as discussed. Questions though.
1) Which SCM III Part Number should I order?
2) Which Sidewinder/2-Liter regs can be used?
3) Will they match up to the stock front block?
Am glad to see that some ppl are still rolling with their NME's seeing as they are not made anymore...feel free to PM me with any mods/upgrades you think would tweak this awesome marker and make it more of a beast.

they wont match up perfectly but close you will have to notch for it to line up.
Read the thread and look around the nation and youll find what u need.

when i get the chance, i will take a picture of the spot behind the front block where a notch had to be drilled in order to make room for the barb on the timmy front block.
I just haven't gotten the chance, sorry.

I may have to seek out tjs0349 + Tom Foolery for some advice. They seem to be pretty knowledgeable on the NME's. If they dont mind.

They have been so patient and so informative with the whole process.
I'm sure they will answer the questions you will have.
I would suggest you even start your own thread so it can even be a start-finish process (and easier to track)
