ok my velocity wont go above 150 and i cant get my board into program mode. can anyone help me?

for velocity check your cycling pressure from the lpr on the gauge and the operating pressure from your hpr as well as your dwell under the programming. adjusting any one of these three settings will adjust your velocity, adjust all three for fine tuning
for programming (with a WAS board) you pull and hold the trigger and turn the marker on like normal and it will go into programming mode

I have the hpr set on about 80 and when i mess with the lpr it dont change the velocity very much and i cant get it over 150..

and with the board i followed the manuals instructions precisly and it goes into the first mode then immediatly the noid starts clicking.

You want the LPR around 80 not the HPR. The HPR should be much higher than 80.

i have the threads almost flush on the hpr and thats pretty much what all the threads ive read say not to go past

You've heard wrong. Start with it flush then the LPR should be adjusted to around 80 psi (the guage on the side) and then the HPR should be adjusted for the correct velocity. On one of my markers it's flush, on another it's got 1--2 threads showing, and on my third its' got 2-3 thread showing.

so i have the velocity problem fixed now my board wont stay in programing mode.

the stock hpr's are really finicky unfortunately, so upping the dwell a bit can usually help with consistency. also putting the HPR screw past flush will bend the pin (not good).

as for program mode, you just hold down the trigger and turn it on. it should stay. are you certain it's actually going into program mode?

yeah I hold the trigger and turn it on and the light is orange. I can pull the trigger twice to try and switch modes but then on the third pull the noid starts clicking and the light is green again.

but consitancy isnt the problem i cant get the FPS above 150ish..
