yea, you are right about the blue insert instead of the orange definently can tell a big difference. The kick seems to automatically just went away. Thats the only thing i did was change that insert no other mod, can definent tell. I just seem to forget the efficient test though.
Changing out the red ring for the lower pressure blue ring and adding the spacer body, no spacers, did seem to lessen the amount of kick for me. I can't really tell a difference in sound, but the marker does seem smoother. I did turn up the dwell from 6ms to 7ms and have had no issues with velocity.

Good find.
I would like to see how other people's consistency over the chrono is maintained with this modification. I will take some kick if it means I have better consistency between shots.
Everyone or some people are finding ways of different setting and other mods, can someone or somebody find a way to not chop paintball. Nt I chop atleast 3 to 4 times with a box of paint. But the dm 9 I go through about 3 to 4 box of paint and not chop one paint. I can't find a way for this gun from not chopping so can someone find a setting of some sort.

I would assume that any method that will reduce kick/noise will also decrease the overall pressure to the ball and thus decrease breaks. This might be a way to do it, as the dwell is being upped, although I cannot explain why it works with the combination of the spacer body, which reduces the chamber volume.
Looks pretty good with little kick
will try it this weekend

you may just dont have the new eye pipe which is causing chopping so mabe try that
i have about 11 cases thru mine and love it...my settings:
dwell: 6ms
pressure: 130ish
spacer: 1
tip: blue
barrel: lucky 15 .686 bore
paint: All Star (fresh)
FPS: 278-283 +/- 5 the paint was a little smaller than the barrel but thats the smallest bore i have
Looks pretty good. The second video(paintballman) looks at lot smoother than yours though tweet. Could be just a difference in velocity though.
I think the consistency is probably related to the dumb chamber volume with respect to the recharge time on the reg. More volume may take longer to recharge, causing more incosistent shots, or lower volume at higher pressure may be the problem. Who knows. Looks like these settings are pretty sweet though. If I had an NT I'd try them lol.
I say if you can get 1500+ shots and be super smooth that would be the best way to go.
