You may have already answered this, but what bolt tip are you using (blue or orange) and have you installed the 4 updates to the NT? The blue tip is made for shooting more fragile, tournament grade paint and the orange for max air efficiency. The update kit has an updated eye pipe that is slightly larger than the one that originally shipped with the NTs, so if you don't have the new one that may be contributing to the barrel breaks.

I have all the updates and I'm using the Blue Insert.
I'm going to try Tweeters Settings tonight and hopefully I can shoot a full hopper with no problems.
Edit: I just got in a kit with a ton of new parts. I'll install all these new parts and see if that fixes it too. I was sent the 'new' spring from Dye a while ago. But the Spring in this kit looks different than the one I was sent. Did Dye just Coat the spring differently so they can see the difference between the old and new springs?

How do you check inline pressure? I do not have any fittings for the smaller threading on the Hyper3.

If your front bumper has a notch in it, it is very likely you have the other updated parts as well. Are you experiencing any issues with your NT?

Wondering about my NT
Serial #
61049 10234
Looked at the ASA it doesnt look like it has been machined / doesnt have a yellow oring.
I put a tank on it and fired the marker with no issue though.
also has a different case

Something is def. wrong with my NT...
It chopps like hell. I got the notch cut piston bumber stock and the blue tip was insatlled, too. Dont know if I also got the others, because my ASAs is all silver and i cant see if its anodized or not. (but the milling looks def. different than the picture on the first page) Spring ... wheres the difference? New eye-pipe? I dunno...
Ash is not answering for 2 weeks now, only get his auto mail response "out of office"
I discovered something strange today while relubing my gun.
Back bumper of the piston is nearly "gone"...
greetings from Germany

The newer ASA's won't appear to be machined. They will look normal beause the cut was made prior to anodizing. The color of the o-ring is irrelevant. If you have no issues then no worries.

nothing is wrong with it
I had 4 gloss black dye NT's
They all had different cases / softer cases
this case is a harder case just wondering why.
it also has an extra slot for anothe rbarrel bore.
no issues with the asa
