I have the option to offer "best offer" for an Azodin KP to a storeowner who buys direct......any ideas on fair offers?

Not sure about that, but it really doesn't matter. What matters is what they will sell it for. Some places will sell an item close to their cost if they really want to get rid of the inventory. I always put in a low offer on "Best Offer" items. I've never had a seller respond negatively to me. Sometimes, in their response, they will tell you exactly how low they will go on an item.
