this advice is assuming you Lubed you gun properly with dow 55, you inspected ram and poppet orings, and, you settings aren't out of whack.
bottom out Regulator pressures. set them both to 0.
Raise the HPR only a bit as so the regulator is supplying air to the gun.
then begin to slowly raise the LPR, while you are trying to cycle the gun keep raising the LPR until there is no apparent drop off between cycles, (you may need to raise the HPR a bit as well) the bolt should move back and forth without any problem.
now you take some paint and while shooting over a chrono raise the HPR
until you get up to speed,
you should be able to get to 300 FPS doing this, if you cant, you can raise the LPR a tad too to help some.
I recommend doing this with a LPR tester.
