this ****s legit it helped me quit and its just like a cigarette. the cigarette charges in the pack while your not smoking it. i only have one when im ****ed up and really need it.

each to their own, i didn't get a buzz off of my blu's. but then someone stole them after a month of me having them.. and i guess there was a recall on the first ones, because i got replacement ones. maybe thats why they didn't do anything for me?
